In this module, we use principles of design thinking (ideation, brainstorming, and prototyping) to tap into your organization's ability to enhance, unleash and harness collective talent and creativity.
LEADING HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS

In this module, we look at the specific tools to maintain, monitor and improve the performance of teams, and we discuss a simple model for setting expectations, appraising performance, delegate effectively, mentoring employees, and documenting disciplinary measures.
LEADING CHANGE & MANAGING DISRUPTION
Knowing how to lead and manage through tumultuous and unexpected changes can make or break a company. In this module, participants acquire a highly developed understanding of change management, from the challenges of implementing change to managing resistance. We also look at how to brace up during difficult times; We discuss the ways to handle difficult situations and the appropriate steps to manage the crises and future-proof the organization from similar situations.
