Accelerating MSEs growth through e-commerce in Rwanda
In partnership with AFR, ICT Chamber of Commerce and other stakeholders, Digitally Smart has developed training content to support the objective of onboarding 1,500 MSEs and 2,000 iWorkers onto digital commerce platforms and ensure they stay and succeed.
The project will accelerate the growth of micro and small enterprises with digital commerce tools, products, services and enabling networks (iHuzo) that connects MSEs to e-commerce platforms, and promotes linkages and partnerships with lenders and digital service agents.
It will also address the current constraints of SMEs through three pillars, including digital onboarding MSEs, ecosystem acceleration and knowledge creation and demonstration for e-commerce to be replicated and sustained by other Rwandan companies after the program ends.
